Payments online through your website

Your online booking system will allow your clients to make payments for their bookings online using their debit and credit cards. This is not only more convenient for customers but will also save your employees a significant amount of time, as they will not have to process payments over the phone or in person.

 

Payments Processor Integration

In order to allow customers to make payments online, we will need to integrate your online booking software with a payment processor. Some of the most popular payment processors include:

Website Integration

One of the benefits of choosing System Bookings to develop your booking software is that we will integrate it with your website. This means that customers will be able to make their bookings and payments in one place, rather than being directed to a third party website. Integrating your booking system and payment processor with your website will increase customers’ confidence in making a booking with your company.

 

Moto Payments / Phone Payments

As well as taking payments from your customers through your website, you will also be able to take payments over the phone and in person as well. To do this, you will simply need to access your booking system’s admin panel and create what is known as a MOTO payment. This will basically bypass 3D Secure so you can complete payments in an easy to understand hassle-free way.

Deposit Payments

Using your bespoke booking system, you can also give clients the opportunity to pay a deposit for their booking. They will then either pay the remaining total at a later date (online) or in person, for example for i) on the day of the event or ii) a final instalment on a product purchase.

 

We also have the facility to take a deposit and then automatically take the remaining payment at a set date (e.g. 3 days before the booking)

 

Additional Credit card charges

Do you need to charge the customer an extra fee if they wish to book with a credit card? If so, you can set this up so that customers are either charged a fixed amount or a percentage of the final booking cost.

 

3D Secure

All of the payment systems we work with are fully integrated with 3D Secure and will ask the customer to verify their details during the payment process
