Due to COVID-19 hospitals have restricted or suspended patient visiting. Using our ward booking system you can control the number of visitors on a hospital ward.

Individual Ward Settings

Each hospital ward can set their won requirements including viisting times, number of visitors allowed, specific disclaimers.

Visitors can book quickly and easily

Using the online booking system visitors can book in their own appointment.

DETAILED REPORTING

Receive detailed reports on all aspects of your bookings. All reports can be exported to CSV and PDF format. We will ask you which reports you require and will compile a bespoke module to meet your reporting requirements.

CANCELLATIONS

Rules can be set in the admin panel to allow visitors to make cancellations.

It is advised that visitors are not given the options to cancel within 48 hours of an appointment

You can view the appointments in many different formats. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Agenda view

Track and Trace

The ward visitor system is track and trace compliant. In the event of a patient/visitor ward staff member being diagnosed with COVID-19 the system can run a report to show everyone who was in the ward at a specific time.
