The Dulux Academy operate at over 10 locations across the UK, System Bookings have provided Dulux an online booking platform which allows Dulux customers to book courses and purchase merchandise online.

Dulux provide various courses including Application Skills, Coving, Craft Skills, Product Knowledge, Repair & Maintenance, Spray, Wallpapering and Woodcare.

 

Customer Self Management Portal

Once a booking has been made by a customer they are able to manage the booking via the self management portal, within the portal the user can view past and upcoming bookings, print certificate, amend and cancel bookings.

Item Upsell

Customer can purchase various items during the booking process, there is the option to buy items such as clothing and navy sports bags.

The price is added to the user’s basket and paid for at the same time as the booking

News Module

The Dulux Academy team can add news articles which are published instantly on the booking website.

 

Discount Code Module

Dulux have the facility to create discount codes in the admin panel which they can share with their clients who wish to book online.

Codes can provide a discount for a % of the total price or a fixed price discount,  The module allows for course specific modules or basket wide discounts

 

Integration with Adyen payment processor

Payments are processed through the Adyen payment processor.
